COVID-19 RESPONSE

Dear Friends and Family,

Your health and wellbeing and the communities in which we serve are our number one priority. Given the concentrated global efforts to help slow the COVID-19 outbreak, our retail stores and facilities will close through April. Operations and shipments will resume in May. During this time, our staff all of whom are like family will continue to receive paid time off.

If you're a monthly customer, you will not incur auto-renew fees in March. Charges for the May box will resume on April 22.

If you're a prepaid customer, your April box will automatically skip and ship on May 15.

March boxes shipped on the 15th.
